1. General Information
These Terms & Conditions apply to all training courses provided by Blush Beauty Nail Academy. By booking a course, you agree to these terms.
2. Booking & Payment
To secure your place, a €100 non-refundable deposit is required.
The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the course unless otherwise agreed.
For long-term courses (e.g. 4-month programmes), payment plans are available and can be split into 4–6 instalments.
Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Non-Refundable Deposit
The €100 deposit is non-refundable and is included in the total course price.
This deposit covers administration, preparation, and the reservation of your place.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend your course, you must notify us via WhatsApp during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM).
Messages sent outside of these hours will be treated as received on the next working day.
The deposit remains non-refundable.
If the remaining balance has been paid, any refund will exclude the €100 deposit.
All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be agreed in advance.
5. Provider Changes
Blush Beauty Nail Academy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, an alternative date or a full refund will be offered.
6. Course Requirements
Some advanced courses require prior qualifications (e.g. e-file and gel polish).
It is the student’s responsibility to ensure they meet the requirements before booking.
7. Certification
Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of the course and meeting the required standard.
Blush Beauty Nail Academy reserves the right to withhold certification if the required level is not achieved.
8. Intellectual Property
All training content and techniques taught during the course remain the intellectual property of Blush Beauty Nail Academy.
Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
9. Conduct & Attendance
Students must arrive on time and participate fully in the training.
Late arrival may result in reduced training time and missed content. This will not be compensated or rescheduled.
Failure to attend or significant lateness may result in loss of place without refund.
10. Model Requirement
Students may be required to provide a model for practical training.
Full details will be confirmed prior to the course.
11. Health & Safety
Students must inform the academy of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to training.
Students are responsible for following correct procedures and maintaining hygiene standards during and after training.
12. Liability
Blush Beauty Nail Academy is not responsible for any injuries, allergies, or reactions during or after training.
Students take full responsibility for the use of products and techniques learned.
13. Refusal of Service
Blush Beauty Nail Academy reserves the right to refuse training to any student who does not meet course requirements or behaves in a disruptive or inappropriate manner.
14. Results Disclaimer
Results may vary depending on the student’s skill level, experience, and practice.
Blush Beauty Nail Academy does not guarantee specific business or financial outcomes.
